25 January 2011 let me know if any time limit for collecting of C and F form from the date of sales, actully many custome still not give C adn F form for the year 08-09

25 January 2011 You claim for additional tax amount. C / H form has to be issued before filling the Return.

01 February 2011 Time limit for C FORM is next Quarter and for F FORM next month. But department keeps on extending this.

Practically, one should have C / F FORMS in hand before completion of business audit by department.
