Dear Sir,
I want to know c form is issued for which valve.if the invoice value is of Rs.75,000/- and rtn goods worth Rs.15,000. We have to consider whole invoice value 75000 or invoice value - debit note of rs.15000 = rs.60000/-. Kindly clarify.
While issuing c form what are the key points to consider.

I want to know c form is issued for total bill value or considering debit note against the same bill any material return / rejection.
