sir i have passed Ist group of ipcc in nov 12 & IInd group in may 13. i started my articleship in april 13.plz tell me when should i reg. with final course??

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
If you complete 30 months before 31.10.2015, then you will be eligible for Nov, 2015 attempt.
I want to clarify that there is no time gap is specified for final registration. You should have a valid final registration number at the time of filing of Final examination form with Institute.

I think you got articleship registration before to the announcement of your 2nd group results(i.e means submitted form 102 & 103 before to the results). So you can register for your Final at any time but before to the applying for CA final exams.
