09 August 2010 sir i had just cleared PCC in may 2010 and my attempt for final is in nov 2010 and i had decided to go for the first group of FINAL plz suggest me how to prepare for that without classes?

Audit & Company laws have alot of provisions. you should understand first then impliement in practical case study problems.
