Can we buy mobile accessories locally in Original Billing not in grey market and can we put our company MRP on the same product is it possible to do that or it will become second reseller

09 August 2013 You need to confirm the classificattion of the product and see it falls in 3rd schedule of the central excise tariff. If it deos the activity carried out of mentioning MRP would be deemed manufacture and you wouldhave to be regd with excise as a manufacturer and discharge the duty on MRP less abatement allowed.
