09 December 2010 Hi

In my opinion the period of 365 days is to be reckoned from the date of preceding offer of Buy buy back. That is to say, from the date on which last offer of buy back was made to the shareholders.

God Bless

10 December 2010 Yes. Agree with the expert.
The waiting period is 365 days.
The next offer of buy back shall be made only after expiry of 365 days from the date on which last offer of buy back was made.
