06 November 2011 Please provide guidance about business Trust.
As section 2(15) define charitable trust but section 11(4) through out exemption for business trust and amendment made by finance act during A.Y.2009-10.
Please provide biferacation if any u have

08 November 2011 my one of client have stationary business which is running under trust.
it's total turnover during the was 28,00,000. Net profit was Rs. 2,22,510.
Could this trust exempt from tax?
