Whistle blower is the policy in the company which gives right to complain any wrong doings in the company to the higher level.
Generally what happens in the company is that the persons working at the lower level do not have power to open thier mouth in front of seniors for any wrong happenings.
Thus, A policy/mechanism is made by the company, through which wrong doing/negligencis of senior can be reported to the higher level without disclosing the name of complainant and timely &necessary actions can be taken against such person by the management.
