But when u'll start ur articleship then U have to drop the business coz at the time of filing the Article's form u'll get a line mentioned, which clearly says that u cant serve any other person or do business in ur articles tenure, and by agreeing all the T&C of ICAI u'll get registered to ur Articles.
So there will b Dilemma, later in front of u, to Do CA or to do Business, so I suggest u to better decide now.

Obviously, if u r in Articles then u can't get any trademark on ur name. Otherwise there is no issue
