i already register the dsc as a director but i want tosame the digital signeture as a cfo in ministry of corporate affairs... can any one suggest what's the process

(1) MY FATHER HAVE NOT SUBMIT THE ITR OF THAT AY. SO WE CAN SUBMIT THE RETURN FOR WITHOUT WAITING THE COPY OF REASON?
(2) AGAIN ASKING HIM FOR COPY OF REASON RECORDED?

a) Whether we are liable to deducted tax at source.
b) Whether apprentice stipend is liable to tax in his hand

WE FOUND FOLLOWING ERRORS WHILE REGISTERING WITH TRACES.

AND THE TDS RETURNS ARE FILED ON 09/06/2014 WITH CORRECT TAN.

THE ERROR :-
Invalid Details could be because of
i. TAN Not Available in TAN MASTER OR
ii. All the statements filed for Financial Year 2009-10 and onwards are in cancelled state OR
iii. All the statements filed for Financial Year 2009-10 and onwards are NIL Statements (having ALL challans with amount=0)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been given one day extension for extra leave during my articleship tenure. My articleship was supposed to complete on 26th Feb 2014. But I mentioned it to be complete on 25th Feb 2014. Now as on today (16th June 2014)I have not completed the one day extension period. So I want to know the applicable forms to be filled in (107/ 102 and 103). Is it treated as break in service? Can it be completed under another principal? Waiting for earliest reply.

i have completed my ipcc 1st group exam back on nov. 2011 and started articleship training from august 2012 onwards which makes my final due on may 2015 as per the regulations. Now i have given my ipcc 2nd group examination on this may(2014). What will be the consequences if i fail in my result? Can i give the nov. exam and still appear the may 15 final exam??

I have given ipcc for 5 times but was unable to clear and now I had joined job in a multinational company (11 months completed). But Iam not feeling satisfied with this job. I want to complete CA and it is not suiting me to study with job. So Im thinking to resign from job and complete CA. My current age is 25 yrs.

Please guid me whether it is right decision to leave a job in a mulinational company at this age and continue studies..

i'm Siddhnat Patil, I've a query about difference between IPCC and ATC.

is there any difference in both exams because when all syllabus is same as IPCC then why this ATC course is introduced when both are at same level. I'm going to register my name for ATC but want to know the difference when it's equivalent to IPCC.
