Excise invoice and tax invoice


Dear sir,

1) We are manufacturing unit Registered under Excise Act We issue Excise invoice to Customers Where the goods are Produced in our Factory

2 ) There are Another Item Which we could not Manufacture Like: NUT AND Bolt this item we will Purchase from another Vendor

MY Question is:
Can we Issue Tax invoice to our customer in 2 Point

Other wise We need to prepare excise invoice for Nut and Bolt Also

Refund for excess tds paid

Sir,

One of my client has deposited TDS. In March-2013, TDS deducted on before March and paid then again deposited in March on 30/04/2013. Amount is nearly 10,000/- rupees. How to get TDS Refund. TDS Return filed. I am unable to get help from TDS website. Help with link highly appreciated.

Java utility error

I have installed java 1.8 recently. I can open utility file but can not view any word in it, i.e. it is completely invisible.
I have tried after reinstalling the same also.
Any one has idea what could I do to fix the error.??

Depreciation

sir,
can depreciation can be calculated as per useful life, if we calculated as per useful life of the asset(computer) if any netblock of the asset remains even if the useful life asset is completed how we have shown in the books as per as6.
for example
asset value:10000
useful life:3
rate of percentage:16.21%
net block after 3yrs: 5137
in this case net block of the asset is remained and useful life is completed how to recongnise the dep in the books
please solve the query urgent.

Grossing up

We are paying service tax with method grossing up. that is the amount received is inclusive of service tax and accordingly discharging service tax liability

My question is whether this service tax paid from our pocket is allowable expenditure under income Tax

Job work

who's liability to pay excise duty ,
in case a person purchase raw material(powder) and send it to other person for whole processing (making tablet) and packing.

Recd back in his premises then who is liable to pay Excise duty and who can take credit of cenvat.

Please also discuss sale tax liability in this case.
