A depreciable asset held for more than 3 years on which depreciation is claimed and thereafter removed (I.e. sold) from business , then what are the consequences regarding this matter ?? whether it is a long-term or short-term capital asset how to calculate capital gain/loss thereon

Sir please tell me if there is any solution regarding already filed DPT-4 ,but the CIN No. requirement as per deposit act has not been full filled and someone forgot to maintain CIN No on declaration form.....please tell if there is a way to come out of this.

Sir. I am a student. I am currently publishing a website and getting income from affiliate marketing. Companies have deducted 2% of TDS. I don't have a job/salary. l have 41000 as income in last FY. which ITR form should I submit. Can I recover the amount deducted as TDS.

i have done the registration for gmcs 2 on 22nd april and have successfully received the i.d password..but from past 2days the credentials are showing wrong registration i.d...gmcs batches in delhi are announced nd i want to attend the same..but my login is showing wrong registration no.though the id password was working few days back..but now its not opening..what should i do??

if a single bill issued by a CA firm to company for Audit fee and service tax amount how much TDS amount and service amount shall be .

Audit fee = 5,00,000
Conveyance charge= 5000
Launch= 5000
Service tax 12.36%= 63,036
total amount = 5,73,036

Note -Service charged in invoice is correct or not and how much tds will be deducted on the bill amount.
