Hello,i m a doctor working as a part time in different nursing homes.My incomes from these nursing homes have been deducted acc to form 16A(section 194j).i had also recruited in a hospital which had isseud me form 16(section 192) for my salary.i want to file IT Return online for this assessment year.which ITR to file- ITR-1 or 4S.I m confused.plz suggest and help.

Hello Experts!! I am going to start a new business of Manufacturing PP/HDPE Woven bags by purchasing PP/HDPE woven fabrics from suppliers on which the excise duty will be paid.
My query is that do I also need to pay excise on my final product that is "bags" which will be converted from fabrics at my premises. The main problem is that if I charge duty on my final product then the rates of my product will rise and I will not be able to strive in the market.
So, Please suggest the best way to overcome this problem.

service tax not charge on reimbursement of exp. but whether separate bill for reimburse of exp. should be issued or a single bill issued for fee and reimbursement of exp.

whether EPF deduction limit for salary employee increased to 15000 from 6500 and my another query is EPF contribution to employee increased to 1.5 lacs from 1 Lacs.
and this provision from which date apply.

is there is any change in position of promoter as per companies act ,2013 i.e any change in duties of promoter, rights of promoter?
is promoter is eligible to take remuneration as companies act 1956 allows to give remuneration to promoter

My question is that whether I have to submit form 112 or not ? previously I have not submitted my form because I was done with my guaduation in 2011 but now I want to do m.com Please help me Thanx in advance
