Dear Expert

I made an interstate purchase in the month of september 2013.The bill bears invoice date as 21/09/13.I entered this bill in annexure IA of september 13 vat returns.But by mistake i again entered the same bill but with invoice date 01/10/13 in october 13 vat return.In both the month's return ,the invoice no.& all other details are same except the date.The c form has also been generated online for the both the month. Please guide me how can i cancel /rectify the entry made by mistake in oct 13 return and what to do with the extra c form of oct13 ???

Saction 80c - ppf limit

Can now we start investing Rs. 1.50 lacs in PPF? Because banks have not till receive any notification for the same. Will it be eligible for interest and tax saving?

Tds on commission and contractor

Dear Sir

We have received a bill of commission above 10lakh with service tax. i.e. 1000000+12.36% service tax. now i want to know the tds will be deduct on with service tax amount or before service tax ? same question abour contractors tds ? and from whitch date it was applicable

Time limit for cenvat credit

Good Morning All,

As per new CCR cenvat credit time limit six months. It is applicable for all invoices (i.e Capital, Consumable, Raw material and service tax invoices ?)

Cenvat credit utilization

To Any one pls answer,

We are the large importer of Aluminium scrap we paid 12% Basic duty & 4% additional duty on imported material. & Manufacture Aluminium ingot which sale in Indian market at very low price because of international market competition. due to this we are unable to utilized full duty credit to payment of duty which resulted accumulation of cenvat credit in large volume. is there any way to utilized or refund this duty?

My client purchased flat & paid stamp duty of Rs.40000/- and balance payment to builder of Rs.30000/-. whether he shall be eligible to claim Rs.70000/- u/s 80C

hi i have filed itr for a.y. 2013-14 on 25th march 2014 and revised it on 05th April 2014 for claiming refund. I have sent both the return to bangalore, now original return is processed on 27th july 2014. in that case revised return is valid or not and how can i claim my refund?
