Respected sir, an assessee is having non specified presumptive professional income as well as having exempt income exceeding Rs.5,000/-, due to which ITR 4S cannot be filed as column no.29 of ITR4S requires to enter exempt income upto Rs.5000/-. If ITR 4 is filed then the benefit of presumptive provisions u/s-44AD cannot be claimed as the net profit exceeds Rs.1,20,000/- & so the assessee is required to maintain books of accounts then. Can the assessee file ITR 2 to avoid both these problems by showing the income under IFOS or will there be any problem if the assessee do not shows exempt income at all in ITR4S or any other alternative?? Plz suggest.

Plz. suggest, There is a bill of handling charges for Rs. 90000/- and service tax is Rs. 11124/-. We have to deduct TDS on full amount OR only handling charges also let me know w.e.f. Please.

For AY 2013-14, i did not file return and whole tds deducted is refundable. now I have filed return and copy sent to ITO. do i need to fill 26b to claim refund or will it automatically credit to my bank account
in a private company there are 4 directors out of them 2 are additional directors. now the two directors need to resign so i have a doubt that weather the 2 additional directors fulfill the requirement of minimum no of directors in co. they are appointed after AGM. AGM for this year held on 30.06.2014 and additional directors were appointed on 1.07.2014.

My client had mentioned wrong bank account number in his IT return of A.Y. 2013-14. There was a refund of Rs. 9650.
He has received refund by cheque, but account number has been mentioned in the refund cheque and since the bank account number is wrong, the bank is refusing to clear the cheque.
I have tried on income tax efiling website to submit a refund reissue request, but in my opinion refund reissue request can be submitted only if no refund has been issued, but in the above case the refund cheque is already issued. Also, we have to fill up Refund Sequence Number and CPC Order Reference number to submit refund reissue request. But my client does not have those details.
So what should be done in this case to receive refund again?

Please tell me whether a charge can be created by a bank on the property of company which has made default in filing Annual Return and Balance sheet of 2009-10 and onwards. Moreover the charge was created in the year 2011 and will have to be registeres after applying for condonation of delay with Central Govt.
