Leave Encashment

In case of change in jobs in a year whether leave encashment received from previous employer if received below Rs 300000 is taxed or not U/s 10(10AA).Secondly whether this limit is based on cumulative basis or not.

Deduction u/s 80G

if an employer deduct one day salary from his employees and donate to any fund for the purpose of 80G.

can employer give the credit of 80G in form 16 or employee will take this benefit while filling of his income tax return.

it is humbly request since march closing is near please give the answer this query urgently.

set-off under MVAT

WHETHER SET-OFF AVAILABLE ON GOODS PURCHASED AFTER PAYING MVAT @4% & SOLD TO SEZ WITHOUT TAX ??
e.g. AB & cO. PURCHASES GOODS WHICH R SUBJECTED TO 4% mvat & SUCH GOODS ARE SOLD TO SEZ unit .Whether AB & Co. will get set-off or claim refund of VAT paid on purchases?
