In FY 2011-12 one UPS purchased and installed at retail store and it is part of capital expenditure. Now repair required for the same which cost Rs.8000/- Pl suggest whether this repair cost will be treated as revenue expenditure or capital expenditure.

Suppose his banquet hall name is "Green Park Vivah Mandap"
and his own name is "Raj Kumar"

Then he should apply for service tax registration in the name of "Green Park Vivah Mandap"

or

in the name of "Raj Kumar"

And now we wish to obtain an export license to export our products in abroad.
Please advise us we have to apply for export license in Ghaziabad
or
it would be apply in Delhi?
