I have submitted return for the A.Y. 2010-11 on 31/03/2012 and TDS have been matched as per 26AS.I met to ITO about the refund but he is delaying.Now pls advise me how to write the letter and where to address for the refund.If complain requires, I am ready to write.

How to disable voucher no. printing while printing Confirmation of Accounts of particular party in tally? While printing normal ledger, tally shows the option to disable voucher no. printing but at the time of printing confirmation of accounts there is no such option.

The site tdscpc is not available due to technical reasons and hence one can not view form 26A.
Does any one know when is it likely to be available?
Any other method to view Form 26A?
Even some deductors have not been able to provide form 16A for last quarter of F/Y 2012-13.
