what is the last date of direct ipcc scheme for may 2014 attempt and the procedure?

I have given b.com 3rd year exam but result not out till now. I want to register in IPCC provisional scheme.

what documents needed for this registration? demand draft amount?

MY CA FINAL ATTAEMPT WILL BE IN MAY 2014. DUE TO MY PHYSICAL ISSUES I CAN'T ATTEND THE REGULAR COACHING CLASSES, THEREFORE I DECIDED TO SELF STUDY. I WISH TO ATTEND THE CRASH COURSE CONDUCTING BY THE ICAI BRANCH IN FEBRUARY OR MARCH. MY OFFICE TIME IS 9AM TO 7.30 PM, SUNDAY OFF. PLEASE SUGGEST A SUITABLE STUDY PLAN AND REFERENCE BOOKS. CAN I COVER THE FULL SYLLABUS B4 THE EXAM? I AM AN AVERAGE STUDENT NOT TOO BRIGHT, TO UNDERSTAND SOMETHING MAY I REQUIRE MORE TIME, TOO LOW IN MATHS.

i've completd 2 months of articleship , can it be cancelled becuase I want to join as a fresher in another firm? By cancellation I mean to dump these 2 months and do a fresh registration as a fresher with another firm.( I am not asking about transfer)

I want to know whether a ca degree is equivalent to a PhD. Or doctorate or MPhil for the purpose of applying to officer grade job in RBI. In case of above degrees there is age relaxation hence I need the clarification.

In some of my clients in form 26as the status of booking of the amount(Q-1) shows M & even the amount of the same quarter remarks it shows B (with minus sign against the tds amount.Please inform me that what does M stands for in the form 26as. As B stands for contacting collector.
