The losses in p.y.11-12, can be set off in p.y. 12-13 in case of company?

COMPANY
X (DIRECTORS-A,B,C,D)
Y (DIRECTORS-A,B)

Z (DIRECTORS-A,B)


X & Y are running company at present filing all documents, annual returns at ROC ( EXCEPT in one year-2005 - Annual Return was not filed)
BOTH COMPANY X & Y are using Bank Finance.
Z company – business was closed but ROC documents was not filed after closure - either not for closing and not for regular annual returns etc.
Now as company X & Y are using bank finance they have to file ROC FORM-8 for creation/modification of charge. But as Director A & B are also director in Company-Z (being Defaulter company) – company X & Y could not modify charge due to lack of signing authority ….
What should be done for filing Form-8 ?????
Pl answer urgently….. pl …

sir i am pursuing my b.com from correspondence(du). sSould i need to attach proof of correspondence for registration of articleship or not required?

sir t have already paid RS2000 for articleship fees while registering at time of ipcc in 2012 and now i want to register for articleship. should i need to pay fees again? if not then what can i do? should i send details of old(ipcc) bank draft in form no. 103? pls reply fast .

Our client is a private limited company and they are paying remuneration to Directors, by passing board resolution.
My query is whether shareholders approval is required for such remuneration and if yes, whether special or ordinary resolution is to be passed and whether any form is required to be filed.
