Salary calculation

Dear Expert,

I need your help regarding calculate salary of an fixed employee can you suggest me how can calculate.

10 Basic salary 10000/-

working day - 22 in January month

if i am not wrong then fixed employee salary calculation on fixed 30 days or not.or count every month in as per days.

Bank audits

Dear Sir,
I am working as an Audit Supervisor ( Bank Audit section) in a CA firm for the last 3 years; I have 24 years of age. My qualification is only B.Com, Iam getting 15,000/- monthly salary. I have very strong knowledge in bank Audits like concurrent, stock, credit, revenue etc., but i have very low knowledge in Tax matters.

I wanted to work in Big four firms, is it possible for me to get a job there with all my limitations..?

Branch (trading) expenses - credit

We have branch in all state for Trading Activity. Shall we can take that expenses (like: Courier,Telephone,Rent) as credit in Service Tax

C form issue with vat tin no.

Dear all, If a form "C" is issued by the purchaser without mentioning their CST registration number but TIN No. whether it is valid or not any case details if , plz.

Gift of shares in pvt ltd company.

Dear professionals ,
in case of pvt limited company if shares are gifted to daughter & son in law , Does any kind of tax liability arises to any of the party involved in gift ,if shares are acquired & gifted in same year does have any impact ? whether any kind of tax liability arises in this case?

Tally 7.2

Is their any limitation for recording of entries in tally.

I facing the same, tally is not accepting Payment and Receipt voucher

Error message : no cash or bank a/c debited or credited.

If any Man Power supply company is hired and charge Management fees + Salary to be paid to the outsourced employee (Employee are on Man Power supply Companies payroll)is service tax to be levied on the salary component also. for Example

Salary 100
Managment Fees 10
Total Charges 110
Service tax will be on Rs 110/- or Rs 10/-.

If the Company bill by showing Rs 100 as reimbursement towards salary paid to the employee on behalf of the company than what shall be the case
