I HAVE HEARD AND SEEN A UTILITY ON NSDL'S WEBSITE CALLED RPU
CAN WE USE IT FOR GENERATING RETURN FILES, FORM 27A & 16/16A WHICH WE SUBMIT AT NSDL BRANCH
ALSO GIVE DETAILS OF OTHER UTILITIES ON GOVT WEBSITES WHICH ARE FREE OF COST AND CAN BE USED EFFICIENTLY INSTEAD OF PAYING TO PRIVATE SOFTWARES.
ALSO, GIVE THE DIFFERENCE OF CONVINIENCE IN USING GOVT UTILITIES AND PVT SOFTWARES

is there any way of segregating numeric figures in excel worksheet into those of which coming out of reference to other cells and those of which coming from direct keying in?
