I am Chartered Accountant currently working with IT co. as a functional consultant. I joined this company not by choice. This is my first job and i am confused about my career in IT. I want to know whether IT Industry is Good platform for CA's, what are the opportunities available here. Right now i am doing only testing part which i find unsuitable for CA's as this work can be done by B.com graduates.

How to disable voucher no. printing while printing Confirmation of Accounts of particular party in tally? While printing normal ledger, tally shows the option to disable voucher no. printing but at the time of printing confirmation of accounts there is no such option.

Dear sir,
I am using TDS features in TALLY. In one of the party (194J-Prof service), TDS was not deducted till the limit of 30,000/- was not crossed. On crossing the limit, tds was deducted but it was deducted only on that bill. On other earlier bills, no tds deducted. Now pls suggest me how to deal with it?

How can we know that receipent of e mail has read our mail ( we are using g mail )

I have a sales data. This data contains the daily sales.
I want to find out the sum of the sales for a particular period within the data.

Eg. sales for 1st to 30th April is given.

I want to find the sum of the sales for 1 - 7 April, 15-25 April.

Kindly help.
