I have study mat of ISCA of January ,2013 edition as it was compulsory to register at that time how do I know the changes applicable for my attempt in NOV 15

in may 15 attempt of Ca final f group2, 3 were attempted satisfactory but Isca is always a problem for me. pl help me to crack this subject. I have studied so far PC and manish valache book. do I need to change something? my problem is I could not able to correlate answers with questions asked but when I look at the answer I feel disappointed because I knew the answer but could not correlate.

Is there any formula in excel that will define the function of one cell depend upon the result of another cell. If the result of one cell is "Yes" then the formula in another cell will be executed accordingly, otherwise not.
