Mere papa govt. Servant the unhone Ghar sale kiya, jisne buy kiya usne amount ko capital gain account dal diya, toh abb jab hum naya ghar bana rhe h toh uss capital gain amount ko hi use krna chahte h but bank bol rha h ki hum unn venders ko direct paymnt krenge jinka bill app hume doge..
But mujhe ghar banane me labour sand stone aur jo b expenses hai uske liye pere pass amount ni hai toh main kaise woh capital gain amount paa skta hu jisse mere jo ghar banane me schote mote expenses h usko kar saku please guid me.

Hi, I have cleared my CA final group 1 in May 2016 and gave my last attempt in Aug 2021 for CA final group 2. I want to understand if I need to register again to give an attempt in future. I am planning to give an attempt in 2026 Dec or in 2027. Additionally will group 1 results be invalid if the registration is not valid?

During serving the extension period (above 360 days )Can I eligible to give CA Final exams ,If I Could Fulfill the eligibility criteria of 2.5 year articleship.
Or
Mujhe Pura extension period serve karna padega ..Uske baad hi mai eligible ho sakta hu CA final exam ke liye ..

Agar CA FInal ka Result Withholded due to Extension ..

...URGENT ...Can we edit 108 Form Calculation ,after generation of pdf but before final submission(Via OTP )of form .Mera pdf generate ho gya hai ,abhi principal ka sign leke upload karna baaki hai using OTP process .Final submission nhi hua hai ..To form edit karne ke liye RO ko letter likhna padega kya ..

Can I Complete My Articleship Extension Period under New Principal but "Within Same City".
And What is the procedure for the same .

So i have started my articleship in June 23 and took a transfer on oct 2nd and currently not registred anywhere. Also my form 109 has been filled but if i have to start my articleship freshly like from the very start how do i proceed with it. I have been selected in one of the big 4 and they are saying they dont hire a transfer case so i need to have fresh registration
