sir, i am pursuing 10th months of my articleship. i normally work 9 hours a day in my articleship now i want to take transfer. will i be compensated in terms working hour?

I had cleared my IPCC in Feb 2012 and i also commenced my articleship in Feb only
So for which attempt of Final CA i will be eligible.????
and for which attempt i should go??????
as I come to know that there will be major amendments going to take place for May 2016 attempt

I am into articleship but i realize i dont wanna do this. i'm interested mainly in management or information technology . i intend going abroad to work. so i'm considering to drop articleship n pursue something along. but what are my options? law? technology? cs? mba distance? please HELP.

I want to take termination from my current principal as my 2 years and three months of training have been completed and i dont want to miss the chance of Industrial Training. So, after taking termination, if I join Industrial training in any Company after 1 month then whether it will be correct according to the rules. Please suggest me as soon as possible, it's urgent (Please try to give your suggestion till tomorrow).

I have started my article ship on 28 /03/2013 . Then , i took transfer after completing 4 months ( On 30/07/2013 ) & join another firm on 07/10/2013 . Could I eligible for Nov. 2015 attempt as i have started my article ship before 30/04/2013 ( Which was required to do so for Nov 15 attempt ) or not as i will not be able to complete 2.5 yr because of 2 months gap ??

is there any short term certificate course which can be done along with articleship...??
