Hi Experts, During articleship due to excess leaves Extension period is 166 days which has been started from 15.10.2013 and to be completed on 29.03.2014. The doubt is as to how many leaves are allowed under this exetnsion period served. whether same provisions i.e. 1/6th of total periof served concept applicable or not?

i want to know the treatment of days wastes in searching articleship in case of transferring. i have taken termination on 20 feb and join on 1 march in another firm. how icai deal with period of 21-28 feb .. as holiday or extend my articleship.. my completion date is 25-10-2016. please help.. thanks in advance..

sir i want to do articleship in a firm where there is no vacancy for article so he say me to take dummy from anywhere and do articlsp here and i am getting dummy from somewhere. is it creates any problemm in future for me related to CA.

I am a regular B.com 2nd year student and cleared IPCC and will have to start my articleship. Can I pursue the regular graduation course and the articleship simultaneously ? If not what are the other options to complete both the courses. As I want to do CA+MBA further, it is necessary for me to complete my graduation.
