Dear Experts,
I didn't yet have received CS Final Passing certificate through courier even though all my friends in the same town has received the same.

To whom should i email my complaint, please do provide me the email id.

i filled my form online on 18th feb and speed posted it on 26th feb but according to the indiapost.gov.in my form was received on 5th march by the institue...whereas last date to receive the form was 28th feb (without late fee)....i m not too sure if my form is accepted or no...or am i liable to pay late fee...plz if anyone can guide what to do

A pertnership firm has taken franchisee of jet airways. The firm has to pay 1 lac for 5 months, and 30% receipt as a royalty which the firm gets as a coaching fees.

The firm deposits total amount in the franchisor's bank account and then franchisor transfers 70% of total amount to the firm.

The question is when the firm is liable to pay service tax (weather on receipt of coaching fees or on receipt of 70% amount from franchisor),
at what amount the service tax will be leviable?

If someone wants to join CA course in the month of April, 2014 under Direct Entry Scheme, then which attempt would be due for his IPC exams and in how much time he should copmlete his ITT and OTC for training purpose.

I worked under first employer for 1yr 9m 23days and I availed leaves for 196 days. Allowed leave was 73 days(which was 1/6 of days served), therefore excess leave of 123 days (already received intimation).Then after I registered under next employer for balance period of 1yr 3m something. I worked for 440 days so leaves allowed was 73 days, I availed 22 leaves, will I get set off of 51 days (73-22) against my previous excess leave of 123 days? For what period I should get register in supplementary deed?
I will be so thankful if you solve this puzzled situation.

I joined a firm on 1st march. but due to some circumstances I could not get the sign of my CA and so could not register within 30 days. But I myself have signed the agreement and mentioned date of agreement as 1st march on form 102 and d agreement paper.
what consequences will I have to face for late submission? my form112 submission is also pending.
I am thinking of changing the date on agreement to later date ie 5th or 10th march. can I do so or I have to fill up the form afresh?
also is it necessary to submit stamp duty receipt to institute? I believe it won't be required...

I have appeared for CS Dec-13 Exam i got 142 Marks the in the first group same i have sent for verification of marks to ICSI.
Till the date i have not got any reply from ICSI.

Can i prepare for both modules in appearing june-14 exams..

Please Suggest me i am confusing regarding the preparation for June -14 Examination..
