hi
i am right now doing ipcc and iam going to give my first attempt in november . i have decided to take up cs course simultaneously.
so my query is should i inform icai before registering to cs executive by submitting
t-3 form? but i am not into articleship as iam cpt passed student

there is no rule like that if u r in article then only u have to fill the form no 112.
so from safer side point of view..just fill the form and submit that to icai as soon as possible...
because icai does allow only one course along with CA.. and for that too u need to take permission by filling that particular form
