can anyone tell me about my membership registration...
the main problem is that i had applied for membership and then icai replied to pay condonation fees ( 10000rs+18%gst ). this is very big amount for beginners.plz tell me what should i do?

Sir I am second year article my father is transferred to Delhi from jharkhand. So I have to change my firm. My principal will give me consent letter for this and I found one firm at Delhi where I can do my articleship. I want to know how much time will be taken by icai for approval of my transfer. As I have very few days left to leave this city.

I got exemption in paper 2 , group 1 of ca final in nov 2017,.I applied both groups for may 2018, because of my level of preparation..i am trying exemption in IDT of group 2..,Suppose if I get exemption in IDT, do I get eligibility of both exemptions I.e. along with my earlier exemption in group 1.? If yes,can I use this two exemptions marks by writing both groups in nov 2018 and pass?

Hello everyone, icai is refunding the fees paid for certified copies of nov 17 exams. They asked me about my bank details. While giving the same they asked me to  *Upload Scan image of Cancel Cheque * i don't understand what does this mean.

Mr.A was allotted the Land around 5000 Sq ft by TNHB in 1980 & the Sale Agreement excuted in 1985 After that he has construct some area.Then demolish the same in 2000 & settled the land to his 3 sons in 2003 .After that they have got approval for G+2 & construct around 3000 Sq ft .
Then they have sold the Entire Land & building in 2017 & share the proceeds equally.
Now what will be the Purchase cost to each vendor/Seller?

Whether advance Tax is must for LTCG ?

Is it possible to adjust the Mortgage Loan which was taken to contruct the Building from Sale Proceeds?

My ca final registration expired and i hv applied for the same on 19th jan , 2018. I have sent renewal form along with DD. But till now i didnt received any letter regarding confirmation of renewal . Even i couldnt find it in reprint letter website.. I have also applied for may 2018 exams ...am i eligible for may 18 exam..

I am a B.Com Graduate. Pass out on 2013. I started my articleship on 09/03/2015 in chennai and got termination on 20/10/2015 (ie after 8 month). Then i joined in a firm in kerala on 01/02/2016 and terminated from there on 07/03/2016 (ie 1 month). The reason for theses termination is not because of the firm. It is because of some personal problems. Ist termination is because of ill health. I am not able to stay there in chennai due to some health issues. Second termination is because of my marriage. I have to relocate from Thrissur to Kochi. Now I am in Kochi. I did not join for articleship. i am 27 now. Is it possible for me to start again my carrier in this age.Also i did not write any exams yet. Pls guide me to continue my studies. i am not interested in any other course.

1.What will happen if the company activate (Which was strike off earlier by ROC)through NCLT will not be able to file the annual return due to disqualification of Directors continue after Mar.2018?

i.e. Once again it may be strike off ? or the MCA will remove the disqualification of directors even not file Writ?

2.Whether another new directors can be appoint by the disqualified directors ?
