I have taken transfer of my articleship on 3rd March 2013 and about to complete my articleship in August 2014. While taking transfer I have fulfilled all the formalities for filling of 109 form for transfer and the new resgistration form under my new principal. Now when my articleship is going to finish, I am filling form 108 for completion of articleship and issuance of completion certificate. I want to know that do I need to fill this form for my previous principal also? Please guide me for the same.

I have complete my articlship taraning 1 year & 3 months , i want to get transfer becoz of misbehave at the office not just one time its many time and me said many time to my principle but not action taken by him so plz sugested me how me get the transfer my articleship .

I am serving my last 6 months of articles and will be appearing for exam this may.I would like to do the remaining 6 months at muscat,oman.Will it be possible for me to take termination now?

Due to some personal reason I have taken termination of articleship from my previous employer before completion of 1 year. I joined my articleship on 26/12/2013 and took termination on 28/11/2014.I have submitted form 109 to the institute within 30 days of taking termination.Since 28/11/2013 I have not re-joined for articleship till date. So please let me know is there any maximum stipulated period to re-join for the articleship with a new employer.Will my 11 months & 2 days of service will go lapse? Please guide me ASAP since it is very urgent.

I am in a stringent situation whr i have to choose Any 1 or is there possiblity of taking both...?
My Dad was a central Govt. employee(Coal india Limited-CIL)& recently got expired.
A letter came from CIL to apply for dependent employement as soon as possible.
Me complete 1.3 years of articleship.
Now what should i do.
Should i complete CA by leaving d job or go for job by dropping CA. I have to Choose any 1 or can i do both simultaneously.

Sir i registered in ipcc both group excluding atc. I cleared ipcc group 1 and started articleship. After 5 months of articlship i take transfer due to some personal reason. I am not able to continue articlship of 3years sir mujhe ye janna hai ki agar mujhe kam se kam atc karni ho to uske liye kya karna hoga kya mujhe phir se atc mein registration karana hoga aur kya ye 5 month atc ki 1 year ki articlship mein count hoge pleae reply soon its very urgent Thanks in advance

Experts, I have completed ICWA Inter in Dec 2013 , will appear final exam in Dec 2014. As I am working currently thinking go for coaching one group ( Group IV) and planning to write Group IV in this December 2014.

I have joined articleship on in a firm in chennai on 01-09-2013. I worked for one month and due to seviour health problem I could not reside at chennai. Stating this reason I have asked my principal for termination of my articleship for which he did not agree. I returned to my home town and after a month I joined another firm. I have called my principal several times, but he did't agree for termination. on 14-05-2014, he sent me a notice that due to my continuous absense for past 7 months, he is going to terminate my articleship on 31-05-2014 without my permission. Now can I Register with my new principal from the date I joined.
