Procedure of transfer of articalship

I want to know the procedure of transfer of articalship as soon as possible.I am in the 1st year of my articalship n want to change my firm as soon as possible.
And Please refer me some firms or company in Mumbai or NaviMumbai where I can rejoin n gain as much as knowledge.
I am in the direct entry scheme of ICAI.
Please reply the same ASAP.
