Procedure of transfer of articalship

25 May 2014 Sir/Ma'am,

I want to know the procedure of transfer of articalship as soon as possible.I am in the 1st year of my articalship n want to change my firm as soon as possible.
And Please refer me some firms or company in Mumbai or NaviMumbai where I can rejoin n gain as much as knowledge.
I am in the direct entry scheme of ICAI.
Please reply the same ASAP.

25 May 2014 execute form 109 with the current principal and Form 102 and 103 with the new principal. Submit Form 109 and 103 with ICAI.

with regards to firm, you gotta look for the same on your own.
