i am using padhuka's book for fr,sfm,auditing,law.so i have to purchase new books for fr,auditing,law(bcaz of change company act)?? is it available on sale for nov 14 attempt? plz i have no source to check. Is it available then i have to purchase for nov 14 attempt.so help me

I started my articleship from 27.12.2012 and cleared my Group II in Nov 2013.

Considering my date of joining as an article assistant, my CA-Final attempt falls due in Nov 2015.

I haven't yet registered for CA-Final.

I am planning to get registered in August 2014.

Will this cause postponment of my CA-Final attempt?

By what time before my attempt am I supposed to get registered for CA-Final?

Please guide.

dear sir, I have registered for article ship on 21/10/2013. taken transfer with excess leave of 20 days. so, excess leave will be considered for eligibility or not . will I be eligible for may'16 or not ? thanks

I submited my registration form no.102 along with documents at ICAI on 5th february 2014,
but yet my registration letter of articleship has not arived at my home/addres?
i want to know that when i will be receiving the letter?

can any1 tell me is tds deductible on telephone & internet charges???

hi, I'm currently in article ship. it will complete in sept 2014. Now I'm preparing for final. I just wanted to know can I do job in pvt co. after completing my 3 yrs article ship?

I have a friend working in a firm in Mumbai.
She has a wonderful opportunity to get her Industrial Training done at a reputed bank.
However the firm partner is not allowing her the transfer.
Even after an attempt to convince him by the parents of the Article.
Moreover the reason given by the partner is his employement crisis.
And at the last moment after making her wait, says no.. today sshe took and extra 2 days permission from bank .. Please help with the procedure to apply for request of termination in special circumstances.. Being such a high valued opportunity as allowedd by ICAI itself , loosing such opportunity would not only be loss for her
but also loss of social responsibility to help fellow inspiring CA to grow..
THe CA has also threatned her, to falsly show her attendance.. URGENTLY HELP

can anyone please help me in a confusion. in may 2014 rtp in sfm q.15 Lease. why is depreciation Taken is 100000 and not 90000???as Scrap Value of 50000 is given. are we not suppose to deduct it From cost of machine????
