I want to know whether companies act2013 is applicable for nov2014 exam

I have just taken admission in CA-IPCC through direct entry. My query is:

1. How can i get admission in ITT & Orientation Course training?

2. May i registered for articled training or practical training before completion of IIT & Orientation Course training.

3. How can a student will do practical training for 9 months & CA Coaching Classes simultaneously?

Please share your knowledge with me, For this i will be very thankful to you.

I want to pursue CS internship but at present I am pursuing CA articalship and completed two years articalship. how can I leave my ca articalship so that I pursue my cs internship? Can I terminate my CA articalship for 15 months period and latterly I again join after completing my cs internship?

Friends, I read in the Students' Journal June 2014 Edition, President's Communication: Examination- New Initiatives. that students will be provided certified copies of their answer books in soft copies. Does that mean everyone will be getting their copies? if yes? when and how we will be getting?

my query is that will the stiend for the no. of days of leave taken will be deducted from the minimum stipend fixed by ICAI.if the stipend is 1000/- only , & 10 days leave. thanks

i have submited the form 103 to icai on 24th april 14.in form i have mention that i have started articleship from 23th april 14.but my stippend's check is given from may 14.
i wants to know whether my final attemp is affected from this

In F.Y. 2012-13 my frnd purchased a flat.He paid stamp duty & regi. fee for that transaction. I want to know that whether he can get deduction for stamp duty & regi. fee.
If yes plz suggest in which year he can get the deduction in f.y. 2012-13 or in 2013-14. Also suggest the section.

I registered for articles ship on 30-4-2014 actually I joined in a CA firm for Articleship for 3 years which is not a family bussiness. But by mistakenly i select family Bussiness option in a article ship form.


To day i received letter from ICAI now how to recorrect my articleship form? please help me and suggest me. my SRO NO:- SRO0463725
