The question asked in advanced accounting paper in may 14 of electricity accounts was out of syllabus. will icai give marks if we have attempted it?

Plz help in knowing the procedure , it is very urgent and i am very much confused.

i have registered for articleship in sep. 2013 & i want to know that if i take my gmcs 1 training after sep. 2014 then what will be the consequences.is there any notification to come regarding delay in taking gmcs training plz update.

I got registration From 16/05/14 .
My Question is iam i eligible to write Final exam on Nov-16/may-17.

sir i am aaditya and i require your guidance for articleship termination. I have completed 2 years of my articleship training and now i want to transfer my articleship as my chartered is not allowing leaves for studies. If i opt for transfer on the ground of medical then what will be the pro's and con's of it. And will i be allowed to reguster under some other principal. Please reply Aaditya

I had given my b.com(h) exams from DU this may and my aggregate will be around 70% in b.com(h).I want to know the last date to register to avail exemption from cpt.Also advise me when to start articleship to write in nov15 ipcc.

sir, i want to know whether part time articleship is beneficial while puruing ca , given that after clearing ca final, if we work under a ca for some years ?

I have passed my Ipcc group 1 in November 2013...I was thinking to join Articleship after passing group 2..bt my CA xams clashed with my graduation xams..n I had to choose b.com..as i was getting late at passing group 2..I decided to join Articleship..now m not happy in my Articleship..besides..I have group 2 coaching as well..my sir told me that there is work related to audit but there is not. .he sends us to various companies as outsourced material. ..we are not learning anything related to audit or taxation. ..I want to leave Articleship. ..n want to join after passing group 2 in Feb 2015..if I leave it would result in loss of 1 year for me bcos my final attempt will get delayed..should I do it? if I leave I don't want any record of dis Articleship..I want to start as a fresh article in February. ..is it possible? as I have registered myself as an article assistant at CA Institute...
please assist me. .I am very confused. ..n answer both questions

Companies act,2013 in law and Exice in tax are applicable for nov 14 exam or not
