10 June 2014 Hi, my name is Arun . im doing first year of articleship completed 4 months ,now i want take take transfer so plz send me the procedure to take transfer to another firm and what are all the documents to be submitted to the institute for re-registration of articles plz its urgent send me full details

10 June 2014 you are not allowed to take transfer in first year of articles...

10 June 2014 dear Ankit,

are you sure. the rule is that you can take transfer in first year without any restriction on reason or numnber!!!

Arun, you need to sign Form 109 with the current principal and Form 102 and 103 with the new principal.

11 June 2014 what are the documents to be submitted for re-registration, is article ID card compulsory ,because i didnt receive my ID card due to adress problem

11 June 2014 yes ID card is compulsory. if the same is not available, request for a duplicate from ICAI
