I have completed my Article ship on 2 August and sent it to icai on 11 August , in between exam forms are released on 6 august so which Certificate of Service i have to fill
1.Candidates Who Have Completed Their Articleship
2.For candidates who are presently in service and due to complete the prescribed period of 3 years (or 3 and half years) years of practical training (including excess leave if any) on or before 30th October, 2018.
3.For candidates who are presently in service, serving the last six months of training as on 1st May, 2018 and due to complete 3 years of training (including excess leave,if any) on or before 31st October, 2018

I want to know how to clear my group 2 of ca final. The journey of ca final have started long back in 2008. I have cleared CPT IPCC in first attempt itself. But after that I am unable to clear my CA final after repeating attempts. First I have appeared in May 2013(both group), result fail. Then again I have appeared for Nov 2013, result is same. Due to financial crisis I have to join a job. Presently I am working with NTPC as Accountant, joined in 2014 and I have appeared in May 2015 for 1st group and this time I cracked it with low marks(209) but somehow I managed. After that I am trying to clear the 2nd group, marks are as follows:
Nov 2015: 185
May 2016:191
Nov 2016:173
May 2017:182
Nov 2017: Not appeared
May 2018:176
Guys I am totally helpless, don't know what to do. How to prepare so that I can manage to pass and can add those two magical prefix before my name"CA".

Please solve my doubts,

1) Whether Reverse Charge has been fully excluded for November, 2018 exams?

2) i)Whether value of supply of service & goods portion in supply in construction of complex service involving
transfer of property in land/ undivided share of land & ii) value of supply of lottery has been excluded?

3) Insurance policy with investment, is it a security so as to get excluded from the definition of Goods - S.2(52)

4) Whether both GST & State Excise duties will be levied on Opium, Narcotic drugs?

5) Whether GST is levied on renting of house by a person who is not in the business of letting of houses (not in course or furtherance of business)?

Hi sir,
In this situation the employe has only salary income, regarding to that income he filled itr -1 and he already got a refund.
Later on someone has filled a return relating to same f.y and shown as tax payable 217000.
Now the income tax departments send a notice mentioned that CIB-403 exceeding 200000 with banking company.
Sir in this case what is the procedure to give response to the department

Submission of form 112 in the year 2021
That is on the completion of articleship term.
Will it be allowed?
Will it cause any revocation of articleship if I pursue any regular degree during training period.

I took a break from CA exams due to marriage and kids. Planning to continue now afresh from classes, books etc. Should I stay in old syllabus or switch to new ?

In BOS module there is a detail Weight age% for Section wise and subject wise in IPCC Revised syllabus.

if we follow that weightage % to attempt Both Groups, can we survive. please let me know.

I have completed 2 years of articleship and I have not yet cleared second group of IPCE. Due to some personal reasons I am terminating my articleship in this month that is August. Can I give IPCE second group exams this november? Please help..

I am 36 years old working as computer assistant in a company with educational background of BCA. I learnt the accounts, but want to persue the CA. I have no time and lack of money to attend the classes. I would like to self study. Is it possible ? Please Guide.

I RECENTLY CLEARED MY CPT JUNE 2018 ATTEMPT. THEN I REGISTERED MYSELF IN IPCC CPT ROUTE BUT BY MISTAKE I REGISTERED IN IPCC DIRECT ENTRY ROUTE. NOW SIR WHAT CAN I DO FOR REGISTERED MYSELF IN IPCC THROUGH CPT ROUTE. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!!!
