Mail from icai regarding registration

25 October 2018 I have received this mail from institute even though my articleship has been completed on 26 August 2018 including excess leave and I have already appeared for ca final paper in May 2018 and again I'm going to appear for the same in nov 2018 (, it is observed that you are serving the last six months of your article training as on 01-11-2018 and due to complete 3 years or 3 years 6 months training as the case may be (including excess leave, if any) on or before 30th April 2019. You are requested to get in touch with the concerned regional office of the Institute to check the balance period of articleship to be served and re-register yourself)
Kindly suggest what am I supposed to do in this regard?

26 October 2018 Kindly go and contact the concern person and show the copy of the documents that you have submitted. Else you can obtain documents from the firm where you have completed the articleship
