Articleship termination on medical ground

02 October 2018 Hello,

I want to take transfer on medical ground....the application will be send to icai now or after 3 months from discountinuance of articleship? Please tell me that will my attempt affected my final attempt is in nov 2019 and i have completed my 1.5 years of articleship Nd till aug 2018 i had taken 176 leaves and from sept I am.on leave....will my attempt of ca final.will be affected and when application will be send now or after 3 months?

02 October 2018 you need to send the application now. your attempt may get affected as your principal needs to certify that you are in last six months of your articleship at the time of writing the exam. In your case, do not think your principal can do that for your original attempt given the number of leaves already and more you will pile up in this 90 days gap.

02 October 2018 If my current principle shows only 90-100 leaves then attempt will affected?? And when form 109 will be submit to institute

02 October 2018 If my current principle shows 90-100 leaves and my next principles shows only 20-30 leaves and next principle certify that I am in last six month of articleship then attempt will get affected???? And when form 109 will be submit to icai now or after 3 months?

06 October 2018 if the principal agrees to show lower number of leaves, then you won't face any problem. The 109 should be submitted at the time of termination itself ie now.

07 October 2018 sir ,if i want to take transfer and serve balance period at my hometown...and my principle is ready to give me transfer?? then it is possible to take transfer on mutual consent

07 October 2018 mutual consent doesn't work in the second or third year of the articleship.

07 October 2018 Sir i am taking transfer as my parents are very ill....then icai will permit for transfer?

07 October 2018 I am not sure if they will allow. You may try but chances would be low.
