Sir , i am actually confused about my career. i wish to pursue CA but i already have gap in my studies while doing inter . i qualified CPT but waited to complete my B.com then pursued my IPCC but i lost my father in between and financial problem came as a barrier .so i did my M.com for two years . i have got offer from a bank as a probationery clerk . but at the same time i wish to continue CA also . so i just want to know if i make CA as a choice will i be able to get a good job just like the freshers doing CA ccourse. or should i go to banking sector. just guide me the decision that i take today is crucial please help i am very confused

i have received Accounting Technician certificate. My ca final is pending and i want to start my own office as tax consultant. can i use designation as tax consultant on my visiting card and the display board outside my office? i want to do this because no body knows what is Accounting technician. (talking about general public) they knows only tax consultant. further the same question about stamp and office seal. can i do so?

Dear Sir I want to start my industrial training which will be commenced from 25 oct, 2014.

I have informed principal regarding this today (as per ICAI norms,article must have to inform CA at least 3 months before from the date of starting industrial training), but he has not agreed with that and said me to take immediate transfer if i will go for Industrial Training.

But In 2nd year transfer is not possible.

Then, what should i do?

Sir,I am just close to complete one year of my training ,but I am not registerd with icai due to termination/completion of old article under my principle.GMCS-1 is required with in one year.what I do?my registration no is CRO0351064.
My principple membership no is 051530.

i hv passed my ipcc exam and doing articleship from 23.1.2014, plz can anyone tell me when i will be eligible for ca final, w.r.t any new changes, if any

Dear Sir,
I want to know whether,is there any provision in 'The Chartered Accountants Act,1949' for leave to be granted to the articled assistant for preparation of his/her CA Final examination.

Further, please also tell whether is it mandatory to get CA Final Examination form attested by the principle under whom the very articled assistant is serving his articleship or attesting it by any other Chartered Accountant or any gazatted officer could serve the purpose.
