I am a CA IPCC student. I was not able to attempt in may due to health reasons.So i am going to attempt in november.I got to know about the changes in syllabus of law,incometax and IT.And bought IT and income tax.I want to know whether there are changes in any other subject and should i buy a supplementary study material of Companies Act 2013 or whole book for law?Is auditing syllabus changed by Companies Act 2013?

Yes dear I will suggest to buy the amendments issued by ICAI like RTP's Suply Stdy material etc. Coz companies Act, 2013 will b applicable.

you can first check the syallbus on www.icai.org and under student click on sub and check the changes and also refer wat sandeep have said.
