I Have Joined My Articles On 10/10/2013 Later I Took Termination On 20/06/2014
Now I Have Joined My Articleship(after Termination) on 14/07/2014
So There Is A Gap Of 24 days Between Termination and re- Registration
Due To This Reason I Am Unable To Write may 2016 final exams with lack of 4 Days

I Have Sent My Termination Form But I Didnt Sent My Re-registration 103 Form

It incurs expenses on exam fees of certain certification courses of employees. It pays exam to instutions or reimburse the exam fees to employee.
My query is whether service tax is payable mt co. under reverse chsrge mechanism?

Hi....I had completed my articles(3 yrs) on 19/05/2014.....submitted form 108 & 119 with 178 days taken as leave...todaY received letter from institute that i've taken excess leave of 25 days....which form should i fill?im completing extended period under same principal...shud i fill form 107? or fresh registration in form 103?

I would like to take admission in MBA in regular university course and also M.COM from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra open university and I have started my articleship since august 2013. My Question whether i can pursue both course along with c.a ?

Sir,i have completed my 9.5months of articleship training and now i want to take transfer to other ca.I have already taken leave 3months for exams & extra 20days leave because of illness..plz guide me whether i take transfer easily? Whether there will no objections raised by icai because of these leaves?

Sir, I have submitted form 103 for registration on january, but my articleship not yet registered under my employer. Now institute asking me to send the new form with copy of form 102, but i have not done franking on 102.Is there any alternative that i can do now??

As per ICAI guideline i have intimated my principle 3 Months prior, about my intention to do industrial Training.
Now i have got placement As industrial trainee, & i am ready to serve 1 month notice period as per my exsisting firm's policy.
But still my principle is not allowing me for IT. Can ICAI help me in this ?? IS principle's call is final for IT even after complying all guidelines by ICAI ??
