I have completed my articleship on 26.02.19 & now while executing form 107 for excess leave can I take the gap.
I want to begin my supplementary articleship ( extension period training) from June 2019 will it be valid or i should execute it in continuation right now .

I am doing articleship and my 3rd year is going on. I have completed the 26 month articleship (include 4 month leave).
but i have received the 22 month stipend. my principal was not given the stipend of leave. It correct or not?

Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I got transfer from my firm before completion of 3 years. Since I received my termination letter late I wasn't able to submit my re-registration form with said period of 30 days. Now ICAI have asked for
1. Original deed
2. Work Diary
3. Attendance Record
4.Bank Statement

Problem is that my firm have a policy of giving first stipend to new article after 6 months(As majority article take transfer before completion of even 6 months) and there after they pay every month. So I don't have any stipend proof.
What should I do under this situation
Please help
