is company audit revised after companies act 2013?? if yes, pl provide me the source of revised company audit for advanced auditing and professional ethics subject.

I hav a back paper in third year bcom h which i l be clearing in nov. I hav 65 aggregate. Can i apply for ipcc thru direct entry mode now or do i have to wait till i clear my back paper??

Whether the principal can deduct the amount for leave taken (within the limit prescribed by the ICAI)from Stipend payable to the Article assisstant?

For example:Stipend is Rs.1000/- per month. leave taken for exam for 15 days (The exam is leave is permitted by the ICAI)
The principal paid only Rs.500/- after deducting the amount for leave taken.

i register myself under direct entry scheme for ipcc and joined my articleship on 24 march 2014 should i am eligible to give attempt in nov 14 or may 15 as i completed all my classes.

I had started my CA articleship in August 2012 when I was in second year Bcom. In june same year before IPCE results I had given CS foundation for which initial registeration was done back in 2010.
I didnt continue CS as I had bcom as the supplementary course. Now I have completed Bcom and want to give CS executive this december. My articles is going on and will complete by august next year.
I want to know the procedure for form 112. Do I have to pay fine of 1000/- as registeration for the course was done before articleship?So under the clause that applying for form 112 beyond 181 days of registeration attracts a fine of Rs.1000/- Or can I show papers to show that I had not continued the course.

Also, where do I submit the form? Post it to my regional office directly along with dd?

Article transfer form no 109 , hence excess leave mention in this form shall not be included to consider eligibility becz form no 108's leave consider for determining eligibility. is my argument correct
