I have completed 1.5 years of my atricleship training. But now due high work load and ill behaviour of my principal and the management there, I want to take transfer. My manager is also allowing me for the same but on a condition that he will count 3 months as a leaves during a lockdown period saying that the benifit of lockdown period which ICAI has allowed is only for those articles who will not leave his firm and its his call to whome such benifit should be provided and to whom not.(jo ukhadna h ukhad lo, jitane hath pair marne h mar lo, tum mera kuch nai bighad sakte)
But I have done Work from Home for those whole days during lockdown (counting average daily working hours of 9) from 21st March 2020 to 8th june 2020 (the first lockdown was from 21march to 14th April, and thenafter NMC Nagpur Mahanagar Palika had continuously exted the period of lockdown say lockdown 1, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 till 8th june, 2020)

Please help me out how should I handle this situation, is my principal is right whatever the power he is claiming?

sir/madam, i have completed my 3 year articalship as on 9/2/2020 i file form 108.but my principle is not signing ,bcz last year my stipend is not recevied ,so wo kehate hai ki agar stipend account mai nahi dekh raha to muje problem hoga,isliy who sign nahi kar rahe hai,kya main form 119 file kar sakti hu kya..or mera extention bhi aa raha hai 4 months ka to kya krna padega sir plz tell me what should i do..i need your help and solution plz

My daughter has been studying abroad & has visited & stayed in India for less than 182days in FY 2019-20
( AY2020-21).
She has to file returns for Income from Interest Earned.
Please advise as student studing abroad while filing returns Student is considered Non Redident Indian or has to file in the capacity of Resident Indian.

My articleship got completed on 31st.Jan.2020.But I have extension of 49 days. I got my termination letter from ICAI after filling form 108 nd I was not aware about this extension. I m willing to Serve The same employer in the same firm . I have filled form 107 along with supplementary deed . Now I got a mail from ICAI to maintain a monthly Practical Training Record and submit the reqd. facts in Practical Training report in Form 108.
So. I request you all hereby to share your views ASAP so that I can proceed with the formalities....
