I have not received my marksheet hardcopy for the exam of May 2019 and November 2019.

What is the procedure and fees to obtain duplicate marksheet????

The printout of the form of Form 102 (Articleship Deed ) is such that there is no space on top of first page for leaving the space for printing it on stamp paper.
Please advise what to do now.

Sir, I have made the payment for form MGT-7 on 26.02.2021 and challan was not generated but my account was debited. In MCA, status of payment is shown as "not paid" after 48 hours of payment as well as amount is not refunded to me. Then what should we do?

Hello, I haven't went office for 6 months after 1 year completion of articleship due to personal and family issues.Now after 6 months I want to take transfer because I don't wanna work in that office. I haven't talked to my principal in these 6 months and is it possible to take transfer now

Basically my article start on month of June, 2020 day 1st. Now i m fill the form 102 and submitting form no 103 because covid 19 pandamic situation and busy in tax audit. But before submitting the form 103 ICAI mandatory to require Stipend details, Work diary, Attendance sheet, form no. 102. And on 25th Feb, 2021 ICAI announce the waiving off condonation fees for delay upto 28th feb 2021.. Now i m check, the condonation fee still appear on the ssp fortal and last date of waiving this fee is 28th feb 2021.
My question is what i do, wait for tomorrow or shall i paid article ship registration fee with condonation fee?

I had applied for ca foundation registration and paid fees of Rs 9200
as on 24th dec 2019 and submit
and got application number Now i want give ca foundation May 2021 exam but still i not get Student registration number and the status of application pending till now when i contact to institute they tell to duplicate payment So i want to ask you if i payment 2nd time they will refund or what if they refund what is the procedure please guide

I AM REGISTERED AS CA FINAL OLD SYLLABUS.
I AM GOING TO APPEAR FOR CA FINAL OLD GROUP 1 IN MAY 2021.
MY QUERY IS THAT IF I CLEAR GROUP 1 IN MAY 2021 THEN AM I ELIGIBLE FOR EXEMPTION IN GROUP 1 FOR NOV 2021 EXAM IN CA FINAL NEW SYLLABUS OR I HAVE TO APPEAR FOR BOTH GROUPS AGAIN.

I got the message from the ICAI '' The form has sent back to user by the regional office in order to complete the non-compliance with remarks. Kindly execute the 102 deed on non judicial stamp paper or franking with correct execution date (deed should be executed with in 30 days from the date of commencement) and upload through ssp portal '' My doubt is what is franking and what date i have to mention Plz help me to resolve the issue because iam fear about my CA final attempt may delay because of non submission

Hi, I registered for gmcs online course. I have o send mail with supporting documents to the gmcs center. I dint know to which mail id I should send the documents. I registered for Chennai. Please help.

Dear Sir, , i have submit form 103 delay beyond 30 days so icai has asked me to provide stipend proof, work diary i have already submitted stipend proof and work diary but again i received mail from icai through ssp to provide further documents . My exams for ca final are very near and i am very confused about reply to icai. Please suggest me as soon as possible about following matter. This refers to submission of required documents for considering the delay in submission of form 103 beyond 30 days of commencement of article training of your article assistant 1. Submit the copy of attendance registered maintained in your office bearing the name of all the article assistants taking training under you including Article Assistant.
2. Work dairy true copy day wise by employer.
3.The stipend has been paid to me in cash/ lumpsum. Icai said with remark that employer had to pay stipend every month in an a/c payee cheque in article's bank account.

Please suggest me what to do to make my registration complete. If this fails i will end up wasting my last 1 year and i have to do my articleship again.
