Eligibility for examination after being terminated

21 March 2021 I have completed 2 years 2 months 12 days of my article training, later i was terminated as i was unable to continue due to a medical condition. Now, i would like to continue with the course but to be eligible to take the Intermediate exam i have to submit a declaration form, and according to the form i either have be a student who is currently undergoing article training or i have already completed it. To go back to my principle to get the declaration form, we did not end on good terms. Institute says i have to re-register and complete the remaining article training period. Please guide me on this.

21 March 2021 Reregister and choose an another CA and complete the remaining period of Articles. After joining you can write the exam.

21 March 2021 Hi sir, thank you so much for your response, though i have completed more than 2 years of article training the student card says the remaining period of article training is 3 years. Please let me know if this is an error or once the article training is terminated after 1 year is the candidate required to complete 3 years of training again? Please let me know.
