This is about compliance with articleship formalities. So in my friend case, form 108 (For completion of articleship period) has been submitted for the normal articleship period but form 108 for an extended period of 70 days has been missed due to covid 19 and closure of office for the past year

Now while filing the said form, a condonation fee of 10,000 is getting levied. So paying such huge fees for merely an extended period is unaffordable

Requested to let me know the way forward and help me out. Any connection with an internal person under the ICAI committee would be great to resolve this

An early revert in this regard would be highly appreciated

Also principal is ready to provide a condonation letter

Are the Certificate courses conducted by ICSI beneficial such as certificate course in GST, FEMA etc., in such courses do they also tell how to file different forms under GST , FEMA ?

May some one explain what exactly is Notes to an accounts,explanatory notes,Directors Responsibility statement and Independent Auditors report? Are all these one and same thing or different. How they are related. Does CA prepare them or the Management of the Company? Who signs them?I am from non commerce background and always confused in above .

As per Company's act , is it compulsory that annual financial statements are to be prepared for period ending 31st March or Financial statement may be prepared for other period like 30th June or 30Sept because there are certain business where annual business cycle is different.?

I have not received CS Executive unique registration ID on mail or Phone Number because of which I'm not bale to complete my registration. I need to register in another 3 days and with this Pandemic around I'm not sure is the CS Support center is working. Does anyone have any alternative solution for getting this. This is really important.

I cannot reach them on calls and need to wait for 3 days for mail support.

Hello to all of you
I'm NIRDESH SINGH from Jaipur. I'm writing this post to get some advice/suggestion or whatever that is called. I took my CA FINAL attempt in NOVEMBER 2018, after which I gave up and started my own company, based in LUCKNOW. Now, after almost 3 years, I've decided to re-start my CA FINAL preparation. But I'm feeling low as there has been a gap and I don't know from where to start over!! And I'm feeling like I've lost grip over my basics. So, please suggest to me how should I start, what or which group should I go to first, etc. As, after reading this, you have understood that I'm in a full-time job and it'll not be so easy for me to spend the amount of time I could've spared if I was preparing without any job.
So, I request you to please suggest to me some remedies, teachers from whom I should pursue my classes (pen drive only). And most importantly, how should I revalidate my CA FINAL registration as it has expired, and after revalidating, will I be getting registered for the new course or apply fresh to convert my registration to a new course? Hope to hear wise words and suggestions from you all.
