15 June 2021 Sir/Mam, I am in 3rd year of my articleship.Now i have to take transfer from guwahati to delhi as my parents had been transferred to delhi. So, do i have to grant the application to ICAI as a request before filling form 109 to my own Regional ICAI office or can i send it to any of the ICAI office?

15 June 2021 you need to apply to ICAI first explaining reason for your transfer along with reasonable proof if any available along with no objection letter of principal if possible

once you get approval you need to submit form 109 for transfer

15 June 2021 Yes, but to which institute.. Means at Guwahati ICAI branch Or i can send it to any other branch?
