IS ICAI THINKING OVER REDUCING THE PERIOD FOR APPEARING IN FINAL CA EXAM (OLD SLLYBUS) ?
ONE OF MY FRIEND INFORMED ME IT IS GOING TO REDUCE FROM 2 YEARS TO 1 1/2 YEARS

hi sir SAGAR IN MY PREVIOUS QUESTION I HAD ASKED U THAT ONE OF MY FRIEND HAS PASSED CPT IN AUGUST 2007 BUT HE HAS FAILED 10+2 CAN HE REGISTERFOR PCC AFTER PASSING 10+2 IN MARCH N U HAD SAID THAT HE CANT N WHO DID HE WROTE CPT WITHOUT PASSING 10+2 . IN CPT FORM THER WILL BE COLUM ASKING WHETHER 10+2 PASS , APPEARED , GOING TO APPEAR HE HAS WROTE ALREADY APPEARED N PASSED 10+2 N HE HAS TOLD ME THAT HE HAS ASKED MANY OTHER EXPERTS IN CA CLUB INDIA N ALSO AT LOCAL ICAI OFFICE N THEY HAD TOLD HIM THAT HE CAN REGISTER FOR PCC AFTER PASSING 10+2 PLS CLARIFY SIR . N CAN U GIVE ME INFORMATION ABOUT CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILTY FROM LAW PCC PLS SIR

hi dis is nupur i gave cpt in november,2007 and cleared it as well and now i have submitted my pcc form and want to join coaching for some subjects for the pcc exam but i have no idea where to join and i m from delhi so plz help.

Dear Sir
I am informed in my office that I will get a leave for 3 months for final exams.Somehow am of the opinion that for my kind of reading I require atleast 5 months leave.Now my question is that can I take additional 2 Months leave as excess leave & extend my articleship period for 2 months.i.e my articleship is now scheduled to complete in oct 2009,now after taking 2 additional months leave can I serve till Dec 2009.
Also kindly assure me that additional leave as above,taken does not affect my eligibility to take the exams which is due in Nov 2008(As I will be completing my 2 years in Oct 2008.)

this is anupam. My both groups of pe II are yet to be cleared. Can any body tell me whther i can give only onee group in may 2008 and another in nov 2008 or i will have to give both the groups in may 2008

Hi,My friend who didnt cleared his PE-II exams in his five attempts upto November-07 exams.Now is there any chance to take up another attempt i.e in May-08 PE-ii exams

I want to know whether saturday and sunday is counted while calculating total leave taken during articleship period ?(Sat - sun is holiday in my organisation)

Sir, I am finding MAFA (Final) very lengthy and therefore, I'm barely able to prepare other subjects. I am using Snowhite publications book by V. Pattabhiram. And I want to finish this subject at one go else the frustration of not able to get hold of the subject might effect my preparations for other 7 subjects of Final drastically. So pls. guide whether or not MAFA can be finished in 1 and 1/2 to 2 months time. And how much do I need to cover on daily basis? My attempt is due in May 2009 and so I shall have ample time to revise and solve problems from other books as well. Regards.
