in CS Executive Programme

MY ARTICLE TRAINING IS COMPLETED ON 16TH JUNE 2010. I HAVE NOT DEPOSIT MY FORM 108(COMPLETION OF TRAINING) TILL DATE. AND I AM WAITING FOR MY PCC RESULT. WILL MY RESULT DISCLOSE OR NOT ??

PLEASE HELP EARLY.

please tell me that can i take transfer on the basis of any one of following grounds:

1. If residence has been changed in another city (fro delhi to Ghaziabad(UP).
2. If CA is ready to give transfer and i am also ready to take.
3. If any other ground which does not fall in ICAI Grounds.


if i take transfer then tell me the proof required for it.

I am a final old course student. Have cleared 1st group and in 2nd group got exemption in IDT. Now i'll b appearing for the rest 3 subjects of 2nd group in nov'10 exams. If i couldn't clear it then do I need to study 1st group again in new course n what about my exemption in IDT? plzz reply..

my 6 months articleship is pending and I am taking secondment of article under a CA who is working with a reputed organization. I know the procedure of filing the form of secondment of article and submit it to the institute within 30 days.

Can any one please tell me the procedure on completion of my secondment of article. if I am required to file the form 108 with my previous employer the whether I will be required to show the name of my second principle in that form, if yes where... ?

Please guide regarding Conversion From PE 2 to IPCC group if our one of the group cleared in this exam or ever no group cleared what is the procedure. I go through information at institutes site but little bit confuse regarding unit test and orientation program me.Please assist.

I want you all to comment on my overall planning for ipce may 2011.

Accountancy: modules + scanner+one reference (please suggest)+own written hand notes



Law : referring module + scanner+ one reference( munish bhandari )+own hand written short notes for ready reference.

Costing fm : referring modules + saxena and vashist + hand made solutions of each and every question of module+scanner


Please suggest reference for fm

Taxation: girish ahuja , +coaching notes

Advance accounting: modules+any reference book (please suggest)+scanner+summary by writing all relevant adjustments for a chapter


Info sm:
Reference: module ( I think its wriiten in an awesome manner!)+scanner+hand made short notes


Auditing:
Reference: modules+scanner+short notes




Estimated time for completing subjects (its only my estimation. If there is any discrepancy, please do correct me.)

Accounts: 3 months
Law: 3 months
Costing: 2.5 months
Fm: 2.5 months
Taxation: 4.5 months
It: 1month
Sm: 10days
Audit: 2.5 months
Advance accounts: 4.5 months



Now the problem is: should I study each and every subject daily? But I think that one cannot get into the flow by studying a subject only hour a day .also I am deducting 7 hours for coaching and transit time. I am also not taking tuitions for audit and info-sm. I I need at least 2 hours for each subject. So I have a plan to study these subjects:

Accounts, law, costing fm, taxation daily basis

Firstly info. When it would be completed after 35 days (5 days contingency). I will start audit

When accounting course would be completed nearly to 60% then starting study advance accounts.




All these points are my own thinking. Please do correct me if I am wrong in any point.

Hello Dear Experts

I want to know that in company law (CS exe. stage) case law name learning is required or not. it is fine that if i can only understand and learn what was decieded in a particular case or go through only important case law names.

but it seems to me a problem as in scanner practical questions which were asked sometimes they demand reference to case law name. so, if i had learned what was happened in that case i can write as (IT WAS DECIEDED IN A VERY IMP CASE) and then continue my Ans or not.
